Database of Circadian Gene Expression -- Fields Info

Tissue -- Choose the tissue for which you want to view the circadian pattern of expression

Display -- Number of images to display per page (only applies to "Display" option)

P-Value Threshold -- optional threshold cutoff for significance of cycling pattern (usually not used when text searching). Use decimal notation (e.g., 0.05, 0.01)

Text -- Accession number or keyword to search for in the following databases: Unigene, LocusLink, SwissProt, PFAM. Note that words on the same line are 'AND'ed, and words on separate lines are 'OR'ed. (Usually not used when filtering by p-value.)

Display Options

Images: Show bar graph of expression, with annotation information in sidebar.

Download: Same as "Images", but returns a 'tar'ed file for downloading.

Annotate: Display annotation information in table format (suitable for importing into a spreadsheet).

Analyze Clusters: calculate frequencies of keywords associated with gene list.
